  Eswaran 7 Principles

The group was founded in 1943. In the past decades, we have grown to become one of the leading teabag companies in the region. Our foundations are built upon the principles practised by our beloved founder. Those principles form the basis of our quality and customer satisfaction.

The 7 core principles which lay the foundation for our values.

Determination
We never give up. We will keep search for and acquire new levels of excellence and quality. We will always approach a world filled with opportunities with fresh perspectives and determination.

Hard-Work
Forms the backbone of who we are. No job is too difficult, we will succeed together through hard work. We can and we will succeed.

Honesty
Whatever we do will conform to the best ethical practises. Our founder based his entire life on this value above all else and we will uphold it come what may.

Courage
We have the courage to do what is right. The courage to be different .
The courage to take risks. And the courage to uphold our values.

Love
We don't want customers and employees and suppliers, we want relationships. We love our tea and that is why we are passionate. We love the pleasure we get when our tea is enjoyed. With the same passion, we will work for our communities and our environment.

Patience
We will always reflect on ourselves and our actions at all times. We will show patience and prudence in all our actions.

Spirituality
We believe that there is more to life than material gain. We will grow not just in knowledge but also in spirituality.

  • Ceylon Tea

For over a century Ceylon Tea has been the best tea throughout the world since its unique characteristics, flavors and aromas, dependent on a myriad of climatic conditions, plantation environments and elevation, and even processing procedures; tea grown in Sri Lanka has created for itself a reputation synonymous with quality.

  • Sri Lanka Tea

Tea Production in Srilanka, formerly Ceylon, is of high significance to the Sri Lankan economy and the world market. Sri lanka is the world's fourth largest exporter of tea and the industry is one of the country's main sources of foreign exchange and a significant source of income for the country.

  • Green Tea

Green Tea comes from same tea estates as usual but the difference is in the processing. Green Tea is dried but not fermented. Shorter processing makes Green Tea a lighter favor than black tea. It keeps all the important chemicals intact, which makes Green tea ideal for you.

  • Black Tea

Black tea is a kind of tea that is more oxidized than the other variety of teas. Black tea is generally stronger in flavor and contains more caffeine than the other tea brands. While green tea usually loses its flavor within a year, black tea retains its flavor for several years.

With a wide variety of elegant teas, Olinda is designed for a healthy, balanced modern lifestyle.
